I'm going abroad, as the English say

Hi bloggo fans!

These blog entries have clearly been not very good so far.
No photos, no real interesting information, nothing.

For that I am truly sorry. From now on they will be really good.
Just not this one. After this one they will be good.
But not this one.

Just went to the before-the-trip meeting. There are a couple of couples, some groups of guys and loooooots of girls. 17 guys vs about 30 girls - yikes. And the girls all look about 20. I know what you are thinking, but I'm not like that so don't be rude. There look like there might be a dozen or so New Zealanders, so thats good.

The funny thing is that a whole lot of the Australians don't have a Macedonian visa and might need one. Ha! Australians are such losers.

We were going to go to the pub, but it all kind of fell apart because everyone kind of forgot what everyone else looked like, so that kind of fell apart.

So I haven't met a tent buddy yet. Lets hope....

Going to France tomorrow! Bye!

  • You'll love the Paris by night tour. When you take photos through the bus window put the lens flat right up on the window and turn the flash off- that way you dont get reflections! I'm so clever. Hope you find a reasonable tent buddy who will not go through your undies at night.

  • Hey Kirsty you are so clever. Wow.

    Hi Andrew! I miss you!

Also I biked to work today and there was white stuff everywhere, probably just hail that had fallen overnight and when I got to work I took my gloves off and there was blood all over my finger! Ewwww! I must have been so cold I didn't feel myself being horribly injured.

  • Ha! We just got snowed on again. Ok, so it lasted about 1 minute, but it was snow.

Also it is terrible to hear about your injuries Mindy. I hope your fingers didn't fall off.

  • Also I bought a pasta machine!

Tonight I am making my first ever fresh pasta from stratch. Well actually it will be from eggs and flour. Organic flour and free range eggs. With organic mushrooms in the sauce.

Bet you wish you never left now.

  • Wow Kirsty you're so awesome.

You should have a dinner party for 12 people and just invite me. And I can sit in every seat and eat off every plate and it will be so fun for me.

  • I've made fresh pasta. It was fun and yummy and extra yummy cos I knew I'd made it. If that makes sense. But it would be so much cooler if I had a pasta machine instead of a rolling pin so my pasta was thinner. Hi Andrew!
